R A B B I A H A R O N B A S K I N In addition to serving as secretary of the Conference of European Rabbis, Rabbi Baskin heads the Rabbinical Program of The Congress of the Jewish Religious Organisations and Associations in Russia (KEROOR). Executive Council & Management The Executive Council works with the President and handles the CER’s day-to-day management. Members are elected for five-year terms. R A B B I Y A A K O V D O V B L E I C H Rabbi Bleich has served as Chief Rabbi of Kiev and Ukraine since 1990. He serves as Vice President of several Jewish communal bodies. In 2005, he was present at the funeral of John Paul II, with whom he had a cordial relationship. R A B B I M O S H E L E B E L Rabbi Label serves as the CER’s Rabbinic Director.
