Conference of European Rabbis (CER) awarded Katharina von Schnurbein with the Moshe Rosen Prize, 2022

EU Anti-Semitism Commissioner Katharina von Schnurbein was honoured for her extraordinary commitment to the Jewish communities in Europe by awarding her the prestigious Rabbi Moshe Rosen Prize of the Conference of European Rabbis as part of the CER General Assembly in Munich 2022. The prize is named after the former Chief Rabbi of Romania who protected his community through great self-sacrifice during the years of communist rule. It is awarded to individuals who have brought about positive change in their society.
